object.
          
'true'  Indicates that the device has suppressed the sending 
      of cItpRouteStateChange notifications for the 
      remainder of the time interval. 
              
'false' Indicates that the device has not suppressed the 
      sending of cItpRouteStateChange notifications in 
      the current time interval.
