A control to enable or disable ciscoGrtDestStateChangeRev1
notifications as follows:
'true' Indicates that the ciscoGrtDestStateChangeRev1
notification should be generated when the state of
any destination changes. That is, the notification
generation is enabled.
'false' Indicates that ciscoGrtDestStateChangeRev1
notification generation is disabled.
