cipSecTunInDecompOctets

The total number of decompressed octets received
by this IPsec Phase-2 Tunnel. This value is 
accumulated AFTER the packet is decompressed. 
If compression is not being
 used, this value will match the value of 
 cipSecTunInOctets.  See also cipSecTunInDecompOctWraps 
 for the number of times
 this counter has wrapped.
