Object
This object controls the generation of
cSctpExtDestAddressStateChange as follows:
'true' Indicates that an address state change
notification is to be generated whenever a IP
address used by one or more associations
becomes available or unavailable. That is,
the notification generation is enabled.
'false' Indicates that an address state change
notification generation is disabled.
