one or more of this entry's counters suffered a
discontinuity.  See the DESCRIPTION of each object to see if
it is expected to have discontinuities.  These
discontinuities may occur at peer connection establishment.
              
If no such discontinuities have occurred since the last
reinitialization of the local management subsystem, then
this object contains a zero value.
