established.
A row is created when a GTP path is established and deleted
when the GTP path gets removed.
This table has an one-to-one relationship with
cGtpPathStatisticsTable of CISCO-GTP-MIB. There exists a
row in this table for each row of cGtpPathStatisticsTable.
