Object
This object controls the generation of non-primary
partial CDRs on GGSN as follows:
'true(1)' - the generation of non-primary partial CDRs
is enabled.
'false(2)'- the generation of non-primary partial CDRs is
disabled and all partial CDRs have the same
content of primary partial CDRs.
