This object takes effect only for generic DCCA implementation.
For customer specific implementation it does not have
any effect.
- 'true': QOS change is considered as
trigger for quota re-authorization.
- 'false': quota re-authorization will not take place when
when there is change in QOS.
Change in the trigger effect new PDP contexts.
