Specifies the default method by which the GGSN obtains
address leases for mobile user sessions.
          
   - 'disable', which indicates that dynamic address 
   allocation is disabled.
          
   - 'dhcp', which indicates that the DHCP server 
   will be used.
          
   - 'radius', which indicates that the radius server
   will be used.
