fcsPlatformTable

This table contains information on platforms.
By default, this table only contains information
pertaining to the local switch. If a discovery
is triggered, this table will contain all the
information that was obtained from the discovery
process. The information gathered from the 
discovery process shall be retained in this table
for atleast fcsVsanDiscoveryTimeOut seconds after
the completion of its discovery or until the
discovered cache is invalidated by setting the
appropriate bits of 
fcsDiscoveryInvalidateCache2k/4k.
