Each entry provides node identification data of the
peer. This data is got through performing 
request-node-identification-data(RNID) extended link
service. The table would have entry for each port, 
identified by ifIndex, on this VSAN, identified by 
vsanIndex.
            
This table would hold entries only for physical FC
ports, FC port channel ports and FCIP ports.
