column FcBbCredit 
The maximum number of receive buffers available for
holding Class 2, Class 3, Class F frames received from
the peer Interconnect_Port.
It is for buffer-to-buffer flow control in the 
incoming direction from the peer Interconnect_Port to 
local Interconnect_Port.
The buffer-to-buffer flow control mechanism is 
indicated in the respective fcIfBbCreditModel.
