The Class F Receive Data Field Size of the peer
Interconnect_Port. Class F service is always
agreed between two Interconnect_Ports, and thus
this object is always meaningful.
This object specifies the largest Data Field Size for 
an FT_1 frame that can be received by the 
Interconnect_Port.
