The port FEC (Forward Error Correction) TTS (Transmitter Training Signal) state configured by the user. When set to up, it enables TTS allowing negotiation of FEC capability only if the neighboring port fcIfAdminFecTtsState is up. When set to down the fcIfOperFecTtsState for this port and the neighboring port remains down after negotiation. If this interface is a member of a port channel then this object cannot be modified.
