The port FEC state configured by the user. When set to up(1), the port negotiates and converts the link into operational FEC up only if the neighboring port fcIfAdminFECState is up(1). When set to down(2) the fcIfOperFECState for this port and the neighboring port remains down(2) after negotiation. If this interface is a member of a port channel then this object cannot be modified.
