	ciscoEsPortSWHandledFrames
	ciscoEsPortInBufOverflows
	ciscoEsPortOutBufOverflows
	ciscoEsPortPktsInErrors
	ciscoEsPortForwardedFrames
All other Counters will return 0 for such ports.
