SNMPv2-SMIGauge32
This object represents the total number of users
suspended by the gateway.
A user would be suspended when E-UTRAN coverage is
overlapped by either GERAN or UTRAN coverage leading
to a Circuit Switch fallback from E-UTRAN. The Circuit
Switch fallback enables reuse of voice and other Circuit
Switch services by reuse of the Circuit Switch
infrastructure.
