CewredIndex
This object specifies the value which can be used by
cewredConfigGlobIndex object, which associates WRED
configuration with the source module (identified by
cewredRxSourceId) and destination module
(identified by cewredRxDestId) combination. This
value can't be modified when cewredRxRowStatus is
active(1).
The value of this object must not be same as the values
of the following objects:
cewredTxValue,
cewredRxIfValue,
cewredRxMulticastValue.
