The IPsec Phase-2 Tunnel Security Association Table.
This table identifies the SAs that are currently
associated with an active Phase-2 tunnel.
This table contains an entry for each active or
expiring security association (SA) which is
associated with an ceipSecTunnelEntry in 'active' state
and provides statistic information of this SA.
There might be multiple SAs associated with one
ceipSecTunnelEntry.
