An entry in cdspStatusTable indicates the DSP state and
alarm conditions. Each entry is created when a DSP is 
detected on a DSP card. The entry is deleted when the DSP 
card is deleted. 
The 'entPhysicalIndex' represents a DSP entity, and the
'entPhysicalClass' is 'other(1)'.
