This is the BSSID to be sent with the radio SSID.
If MBSSID feature is not enabled (i.e.
cd11IfMultipleBssidEnable is 'false'), all SSIDs
will be sent by the radio with the same BSSID and
that is the radio hardware MAC address.
If MBSSID feature is enabled (i.e.
cd11IfMultipleBssidEnable is 'true'), all SSIDs
will be sent by the radio with different BSSIDs.
