Object
Specifies whether or not the local switch should issue a
dmFabricChangeNotify notification on sending or receiving
ReConfigureFabric (RCF) on a VSAN.
If the value of the object is 'true, then the
notification is generated. If the value is 'false',
notification is not generated.
