statically or dynamically for this WWN on this VSAN.
              
The value 'one' means just one FC ID is assigned.
The value 'area' means all the FC IDs in the area
that is specified in the second octet of
dmFcIdPersistencyFcId are assigned. Typically, 256
FC IDs are assigned for an area.
              
This object cannot be changed if the value of
dmFcIdPersistencyUsed is 'true'.
