Object
notification
A notification of this type is generated for the service specified by ccsServiceNameNotifInfo when the number of the responses that are received on the Traffic Processor from the network server and exceed the response time (ccsNetServerFirstPayloadResponseTime) for the first payload packet exceeds the alarm theshold ccsNetServerResponseTimeFailAlarmThreshold, within the interval ccsAdControlAlarmUpdateTimer. The alarm is not generated repeatly on the same alarm state. The ccsAdControlNotifEnabled has to set to 'true' to generate the notification. The timer will be restarted after the notification is generated.
