column Enumeration

The behavior of a tablemap.
value(1)    Always set to-value to be a configurable
            default value <0-99> which is defined in
            cbQosTableMapCfgDftValue.
              
copy(2)     Always copy from-value to to-value in case
            the from-value is not found in the tablemap.
            This is the default behavior for a tablemap.
              
ignore(3)   Ignore to set to-value when from-value
            is not found in the tablemap.
