table

Session failures table.  An entry is created for 
every failed session.  cCdmaSessionPdsnMaxFailHistory
determines the maximum number of entries kept in this
table.  Once the table reaches the limit set, the 
oldest entries will be discarded to allow new entries
to be recorded.
