The total number of A11 re-registration
messages received per PCF at PDSN, without
the information for existing A10 connections,
thereby indicating the removal of these
missing A10 connections at PDSN.
A11 re-registration messages received for
a HRPD session always contains details of
all the currently established auxiliary A10
connections for the session.
This object value is maintained since
system was last restarted.
