Object
The multicast IP address for this CASA Entity. This
is used to listen for Wildcard Affinities in the case
of a Forwarding Agent, or for sending Wildcard
Affinities in the case of a Service Manager.
This takes effect in the running system when
cCasaState is set to casaEnabled, at which time this
object is copied to cCasaMcastAddress.
