A list of Fixed Affinity cache objects with indices
ordered to allow access by source IP address.
Entries are added to this table dynamically by the
subagent when Fixed Affinities are sent or received by
the Casa Entity. Entries are deleted via a timeout
associated with the Fixed Affinity.
