Object
This is the maximum number of Wildcard Affinities
(high water mark) concurrently held in the Wildcard
Affinity cache since last time cCasaState transitioned
to cCasaEnabled or since this object was reset.
Resetting this object is achieved by setting this
object to 0. Attempting to set this object to any
other value will result in a wrongValue error.
