Object to trigger Smart Call Home request messages.
Setting the object to 'true' triggers Smart Call Home
request message.
The object can be set to the value of 'true' only if
ccmOnDemandMsgServAvailable returns 'true'.
Setting the object to 'false' has no effect.
When read, this object always returns 'false'.
