This object represents a CLI command to be executed
and whose output should be sent with the Call Home
alert message.
The implementation of this object does not do any
syntax or semantic validation of the CLI command
specified as a value of the object.
The value of this object can not be modified
when the value of the corresponding instance of
'callHomeUserDefCmdRowStatus' is 'active'.
To modify the value this object the corresponding
entry must be deleted and re-created with new
value for this object.
