    Call Home alert is generated based on change event.

    Call Home alert is generated at user request.

    Call Home alert is generated for specific entities
    at user request.

    Call Home alert is generated hourly.
              
periodicMinutes -
    Call Home alert is generated periodically after
    specified number of minutes.
