SNMPv2-TCTruthValue
This object indicates the CAC resource is user
tunable (can modify its thresholds) or not
(Some CAC resources are too complicated for
the user to tune, so their thresholds are predefined
by the system).
The value is assigned by the system automatically
according to its resource type when the entry is
created.
If this object is set to 'false', then the following
objects can't be modified by user.
ccacSysRpHighThreshold,
ccacSysRpMedThreshold,
ccacSysRpLowThreshold.
