This object specifies the length of time
which forms a peak bandwidth measurement interval.
A write to this object with any new value
restarts the peak bandwidth recording interval used
by bandwidthUsagePeakTable.
In other words, the bandwidthUsagePeakTable
will be cleared and entry number one will record
the peak with a new measurement interval.
