Spectral Occupancy Mode. This is the optical channel spectral Occupancy parameter which supports two different kinds of waveforms: narrow and wide. Default is narrow. Narrow: Root-Raised Cosine with Alpha of 0.14. Wide: Root-Raised Cosine 0.14 convolved with Gaussian 25GHz full-width half maximum (FWHM).
