Object
To create a row in this table, a manager must
set this object to either createAndGo(4).
To create an entry, specify both cienaCesTacacsClientAuthenticationServerStatus and
cienaCesTacacsClientAuthenticationServerAddr with the SNMP multiple set operation.
To disable a TACACS server, the operator can set cienaCesTacacsClientAuthenticationServerStatus
object to 'notInService' state.
