notification
A alarm notification is sent when a ring detects a Protection-Switch-Active condition. To enable this notification, cienaCesRapsAlarmTrapState must be enabled. By default this trap state is enabled. Variable bindings include: cienaGlobalSeverity, cienaGlobalMacAddress, cienaCesRapsVirtualRingNotifIndex, cienaCesRapsVirtualRingName, and cienaCesRapsVirtualRingAlarm.
