When set, specifies the collection end time for the PM instance in the local time zone. The input time format is hh:mm or hh:mm:ss. If not set, but cienaCesPmInstanceEndDate is set, the time defaults to 23:59:59. When read, indicates the collection end date and time for the PM instance in local time or UTC, as determined by the system 'timestamp' setting, formatted as 'Wed Jun 30 21:49:08 1993'. A trailing 'Z' indicates UTC.
