This represents the Reversion Hold-time(in seconds) on the Primary Pseudowire. When the Primary Pseudowire has recovered from earlier failure, it will be held down for the length of this hold time. Once the time has elapsed, and if the Primary Pseudowire does not encountered any more failure, there will be a switchover from the Backup Pseudowire back to the Primary Pseudowire
