notification
A cienaCesIpMgmtInterfaceGatewayChgNotification is sent when the IP address of an interface gateway changes. To enable the device to send this notification, cienaCesIPMgmtInterfaceGatewayAddrChangeTrapState needs to be set to enabled. The cienaCesIPMgmtInterfaceGatewayAddrChangeTrapState is set to enabled by default. Variable bindings include: cienaGlobalSeverity, cienaGlobalMacAddress, and cienaCesIpGatewayAddr.
