notification
This notification is sent whenever there is license usage violation. To enable the device to send this trap, cienaCesFeatureLicenseStatusTrapState needs to be set to enabled. The cienaCesFeatureLicenseStatusTrapState is enabled by default. Variable bindings include: cienaGlobalSeverity, cienaGlobalMacAddress, cienaCesPremiumFeatureLicenseName, cienaCesPremiumFeatureLicenseOperStatus, and cienaCesPremiumFeatureLicenseDomainName.
