This MIB object indicates the LMM transmission interval index for the service specified by cienaCesCfmServiceType.
This determines the frequency at which LMMs are transmitted. The length of the interval increases exponentially
with the index value. The value ranges from 1 to 7. The values 1-7 represent indices to CFM intervals as follows:
1 --> 3.33ms,
2 --> 10ms,
3 --> 100ms,
4 --> 1sec,
5 --> 10sec,
6 --> 1min,
7 --> 10min.
