This table has the list of alarms currently
reported for the Cisco ONS node. It does not
include any cleared alarms. The alarms in this
table are in compliance with Telcordia GR-253.
This means that if a network problem causes two
alarms, such a as loss of frame(LOF) and loss of
signal(LOS), only LOS alarm will be in this table
 because it supersedes and replaces the LOF.
