obtained by the auto-detect function.
This object is a valid read object any time that
TSPortLinkState indicates up(1) or when TsPortFixedCfg
indicates fixed(2).
              
Write to this object when defining the Port Duplex state
for a fixed configuration (TsPortFixedCfg set to fixed(2)).
