BIB Lock value in Dec.
This OID displays locking information for the BIB (Bridge in the Box) feature.
If BIB lock is set then device is considered to be a BIB product:
	0x00 or 0xff - No BIB Locks are set,
	0x01 - 0x0F -> Bridge in a Box for AP,
	0x11 - 0x1F -> Bridge in a Box for SM,
	0x10 - cnVision SM Feature Lock.
