Enumeration indicating whether the Flows for this Gate are to be torn down. If set to anything other than noReason by the CAM, then the flows have been torn down for the reason specified and the gate must update itself. If set to anything other than noReason by the gate state machine, then it is a command to the CAM to tear down and delete the flows.
