column SNMPv2-TCRowStatus 
The Wavelength Channel table RowStatus object is not readable or
writeable because all entries in the Wavelength Channel table are
automatically created and deleted when an wavelength channel
cross-connection involving the wavelength channel is created or
deleted. This Wavelength Channel row status object is used only
in database change notifications to indicate if the row has
been created or deleted.
