SNMPv2-TCRowStatus
The Optical Layer OSC table RowStatus object is not readable or writeable because all entries in the table are automatically created and deleted when the supporting DLA or ROB equipment is provisioned. This optical layer OSC row status object is used only in database change notifications to indicate if the row has been created or deleted.
