The equipment connection table RowStatus object is not
readable or writeable because all entries in the table
are automatically created and deleted as equipment
modules are assigned and unassigned to optical layer
groupings. This equipment connection row status object
is used only in database change notifications to
indicate if the row has been created or deleted.
